ATTENTION: Most of our services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. Preparations may include the use of products. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and canceling an appointment.

We kindly ask you to provide us with at least a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations.

No call No shows 50% or same day cancellations 50%  of the service will be charged.

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure appointment time. Without a deposit, your requested appointment time will appear as available to other clients to book, potentially causing a loss of your requested time. You must confirm before the day of your appointment
